Horse Hub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Horse Hub ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

Horse Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Listing Requirements

When creating a horse listing, sellers must:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about the horse
• Use only photographs and videos of the actual horse being listed
• Disclose any known health issues, behavioral problems, or limitations
• Have legal authority to sell the horse
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Horse Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these requirements or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. Payment and Listing Plans

Horse Hub offers three listing tiers: Free, Standard ($29), and Premium ($79). All paid listings are valid for 3 months from the date of publication.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. Horse Hub does not store credit card information.

Refunds are available within 7 days of listing publication if the horse sells. After 7 days, all sales are final. Contact support@horsehub.com for refund requests.

5. Listing Expiration and Renewal

All listings expire 3 months after publication. Upon expiration:

• The listing remains visible on the Platform
• Direct contact with the seller is disabled
• Interested buyers can request that the seller relist the horse
• Sellers receive email notifications when buyers express interest

Sellers may relist their horse at any time by selecting a new listing plan and completing payment (if applicable).

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers acknowledge that:

• Horse Hub is a marketplace platform, not a party to any transaction
• They are responsible for conducting due diligence before purchasing
• Pre-purchase veterinary examinations are strongly recommended
• All transactions are between buyer and seller directly
• Horse Hub cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings

8. Limitation of Liability

Horse Hub provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Horse Hub is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers
• Horse Hub is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content
• Horse Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the listing

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Horse Hub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Horse Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Horse Hub a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

10. Termination

Horse Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, active listings may be removed and any outstanding payments will be handled according to our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
